Vendor Portal Requests

Adding a secondary POC for bizdev would be great since sometimes we require a follow up with multiple people if unresponsive. Being able to showcase all possible points of contact in one place!

Vendor request to contact customer for pending booking. They also requested that we have a section where they can coordinate with the customer for pending booking.

Right now, data in newer markets are not compelling for partners. (ie. Hamptons right now is only showing 38 upcoming parties, which is hard to retain a partner in that market + hard to sell a partner in that market). The idea is that WE are the storytellers and can share the data that tells a good story vs. giving the partner that level of control.

Right now partners have to go back in after their listing is "In Review" and add in reviews manually. I find that many of our partners forget to go back and add in reviews and I feel that it's a lot more seamless if partners can do their listing + reviews all at once. I think that would really enhance the partner onboarding experience!! Additionally, it would be nice if a partner was able to share links to their reviews on different platforms (Google, Trip Advisor, etc.) and we can add in their reviews instead of them having to copy & paste each individual review manually.

Multiple contacts from the same partner are currently entering our subscription flow via the updateUserVendor entry event, but only one is triggering the activity-published exit event. As a result, secondary contacts continue receiving onboarding prompts, causing confusion. To resolve this, I recommend adding a property to identify the primary or business contact, allowing us to filter out secondary contacts at the entry point.

In addition to updating our partner comms through email/SMS, it could be helpful to have an automated feature that hides a listing after a partner is 15 days past their past due payment date. This way we can set some sort of consequence for not updating payment information, and it could incentivize partners to act with more urgency to pay. At the moment, we're tracking past dues in Airtable and leaving those partners live until we hear back. All deactivations/churns can still be manual, so we can track reasons/try to sell them back.

After they send an offer and the customer doesn't take action to decline the suggested party times—but instead replies asking for different time slots—it leaves the request in limbo. They’d love to have a button on our end that allows us to override or manually decline the pending offer, especially when it's clear the client isn’t moving forward with the suggested times. This would help them manage requests more efficiently and avoid getting stuck waiting for a customer to take action. It would be helpful for partners to have the ability to upload multiple reviews at once instead of entering them individually through the review form. This would make it easier to import reviews from other platforms or from past experiences, saving time and streamlining the process.

I have started to get more questions about insights / data in specific categories (bartending, catering, fitness, etc.) Specifically, a bartending partner just asked if we could send data. The add experiences modal in https://admin.letsbatch.com/promotions/new jumps way to much. We should make it more stable regardless of how many listings are being displayed.
