Ability to Override or Decline Pending Party Times When Client Doesn’t Respond

After they send an offer and the customer doesn't take action to decline the suggested party times—but instead replies asking for different time slots—it leaves the request in limbo.
They’d love to have a button on our end that allows us to override or manually decline the pending offer, especially when it's clear the client isn’t moving forward with the suggested times.
This would help them manage requests more efficiently and avoid getting stuck waiting for a customer to take action.
