When closing Intercom conversations, we currently use the Conversation attributes > Type dropdown to categorize issues. For cases involving Promo Code Abuse, we’ve been selecting "Other" due to the lack of a dedicated option. Request: Instead of using "Other" as a catch-all, we need to add "Promo Code Abuse" as its own option in the Conversation attributes > Type dropdown. This will allow for more accurate categorization and tracking of these specific cases. Impact: Reduces ambiguity in categorization Enables more accurate reporting and analytics Helps identify and address patterns of promo code misuse more effectively Thank you!
