When you read this, good morning. I have nothing significant to offer except my opinion as a user. AI is helpful at times and annoying or useless during others. I only wanted to suggest adding theme sections or notes for individual days of an itinerary. My now secondary feedback is that your AI systems support response is incorrect or not clear. I don’t see a “Help section” within the app, if it exists you’ve made it hard to identify. To “submit a request/message” I was taken to the dang AI chat not an actual email submission form. Jeez Louis I’m an accountant but put me on your payroll for UX bc wth 😭 yall are out sourcing huh? That’s why 🤦🏻‍♀️
